• Studio Membership and Bookings

• Clients must create an account to book classes and services.

• All bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance.

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 5 hours before the scheduled class to avoid charges.

• Late arrivals may be refused entry to prevent disruption.

• Payments and Refunds

• Payment is required in advance for all classes, memberships, and packages.

• All purchases are non-refundable, except in cases of extenuating circumstances at our discretion.

• Memberships and class packages are non-transferable.

• Health and Safety

• Clients must inform the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy before participating.

• Participation is at your own risk. We are not responsible for injuries sustained during classes.

• Clients are required to wear appropriate fitness attire and use proper equipment.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears unfit to participate safely.

• Code of Conduct

• Clients must respect instructors, staff, and fellow participants.

• Disruptive, inappropriate, or offensive behaviour may result in removal from the class or studio.

• Personal belongings should be stored in designated areas; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Studio Policies

• Mobile phones should be silenced during classes.

• Food and drinks (except water) are not allowed in the studio.

• Clients must clean equipment after use with provided sanitizing wipes.

• Liability Waiver

By participating in our classes and using our facilities, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You assume all risks associated with physical activity.

• We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred while using our services.

• You release Elevate Pilates and its staff from any claims related to your participation.

• Privacy and Data Protection

• We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data will only be used for booking, communication, and service improvement.

• Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
